PerformanSe’s tests are based primarily on the Big Five’s theory, the personality model most recognised by the scientific community, describing personality according to five major traits: openness to experience, awareness, extroversion, agreeableness and neuroticism. This model is supported by other theoretical approaches, such as the systemic principles of the Palo Alto School and McClelland's Theory of Needs. To find out more about our approach and scientific committee, come this way.
PerformanSe has over 30 years’ expertise in developing knowledge of individuals at work and assessing talents, and is thus able to depict individuals’ uniqueness, comprehensively and exactly. Our differentiating factors: our psychometric expertise in line with international standards (the only European publisher certified ISO 10667-2) and our commitment to ecological practices in the use of assessment tools (fostering sharing, interaction, transparency and confidentiality).
Known as personality tests, assessments or inventories, these are the tests most used by recruiters. They consist primarily of self-assessment questionnaires, and do not call upon skills or knowledge. They make it possible to understand the behaviour and motivations of individuals at work. If you are interested in finding out more about psychometric testing, visit our Blog and guide to psychometric testing (link to come).
