Discussion to provide the framework for the day:

Team Building by PerformanSe begins with a discussion between the team manager (and possibly N+1 or HR) and a PerformanSe consultant.

The objectives:

  • Gather the manager’s vision of the team (context & challenges) and the objectives pursued
  • Explain the process, the timing, the program
  • Work on project communication to the team (team booster 20min questionnaire)

Interview with the manager

Still ahead of the long-awaited day, we conduct an interview with the team manager, based on a specific method and an open approach.

The objectives:

  • Share the team diagnosis with the manager
  • Explore their perception, their positioning – how the manager describes their team, failures and successes, what they have already done/tried to resolve issues

Sharing with the team

This is where the Team Building day begins! It will be a day dedicated to sharing comprising different gamified workshops to discuss the secrets of collective intelligence and the results of the mapping of the team’s collective soft skills (individual test carried out upstream by team members).

The objectives:

  • Explore the collective perception of how your team works with ease
  • Be collectively aware of how it works and the notion of collective intelligence while having fun
  • Imagine and commit to a team project (Dream your Team)

We take a moment to reflect, calmly...

Post Team building a debrief with the team manager is organised to take a moment to reflect on the day.

The objectives:

  • Listen to the manager’s comments on the day
  • Propose and discuss recommendations
