Leroy Merlin set itself a major challenge: filling at least 50% of its positions through internal promotion. To achieve this lofty ambition, the company called on the services of PerformanSe to organise a day of role-playing, testing and reporting on several Performanse tests with around twenty employees wishing to become managers, and managers wishing to become executives. The stakes with this project were high in two respects: identifying the priorities for collective and individual training of sales staff, but also to being able to provide managers with a tool for coordinating skills.
