Context
In three years’ time, Shiva, which specialises in personal services, has experienced four-fold growth. To keep pace with this exceptional growth, management wanted to provide support to its young management committee, which has to manage a network of 100 franchised agencies whose directors are experienced business leaders. The objective: To train the team already in place rather than recruiting a new one, by providing it with the management skills needed to enjoy greater credibility as an Executive Committee.
