Context

The HR Department at KILOUTOU, which specialises in equipment rental, wanted a solution which it could use to assess its employees’ skills and knowledge objectively. To this end, they developed a first tool based on a profession-specific multiple choice questionnaire for their technical populations. Building on this success, KILOUTOU then decided to deploy the tool across the sales population. As these are mainly customer-facing professions, they wanted to use a tool to determine, in addition to “profession-specific” technical knowledge, the know-how best suited to commercial professions.

PerformanSe Solution

Design of 5 custom competency frameworks for the positions of customer service representative, business manager, sales representative, branch manager, and director of agency groups.

A collective workshop, bringing together the steering committee made up of HR, managers, and PerformanSe consultants to think about and define the expected competencies for each position.

Evaluation of the population on the competencies defined during the first workshop to create a global mapping of the population and check whether the expected competencies are covered or not.
