Context

Malakoff Médéric, No. 1 in group, health and provident insurance, set itself the goal of providing better support to its managers, as well as to its experts and project managers, in an environment in the throes of transformation. Towards this end, in early 2014,the Group used a PerformanSe solution to assess and develop the skills of selected employees. For Malakoff Médéric, the strategic stakes in implementing this project were high: promoting the professional development of the 3 populations in and between the 3 professions.

We wanted to give visibility to career management by working in a sector-based approach. Concretely, our objective was to promote the professional development of our target populations and, ultimately, that a manager could, for example, become a project manager or an expert.
