Elior, a global player in catering and services, has built up a network of training facilitators, all working on an occasional basis. The company called on the services of PerformanSe to support the training facilitators, by identifying with them their strong points as well as those in which they needed to develop. Through this process, Elior wanted to help its employees to get to know each other better and encourage listening and upskilling.
