Context

Since its creation, RSI Côte d’Azur has been involved in a major managerial support plan and therefore needs to know precisely the profiles of its managers, skills, and comfort and discomfort zones, in order to offer them on-target development plans. To successfully implement this approach, RSI wanted to benefit from PerformanSe’s external perspective in order to assess its managers’ current professional environment, comfort and discomfort zones, then conduct a feedback interview with each of them.
