Understanding of the context

Different ingredients are needed to successfully run an effective Assessment Center: adopt a multidimensional approach, verify the scientific validity of the methods used, be confronting, objective... but above all rely on expert consultants. Beyond the variety of exercises offered and the quality of the tools, the experience of the consultants backed by this system remains essential.

In conducting our assessment centers, all our consultants follow the same method and the same training:

  1. All our consultants are trained and experts in the tools used to assess candidates. If this seems logical, there are many drifts in practice on this subject.
  2. Follow-up of an ethical framework and methodology, particularly for interviews, thanks to a questioning guide.
  3. For the same position, candidates pass the exercises in an immutable chronological order to reduce the appearance of bias.
  4. Extensive actor training to make situations close to the function and the work required daily.
  5. Personalized support to keep all candidates motivated during the conduct of Assessment Centers.

Our first meeting enables us to establish an assessment framework in relation to your needs (position, corporate culture, management). The objective is to map the skills to be assessed during the Assessment Center in relation to the targeted function. This essential step allows us to adapt our method, tools and approaches according to your expectations and specificities

It is impossible to assess all soft skills during an Assessment. For optimal assessment, up to 8 skills can be analyzed for which a definition must be shared between the organization and the project manager. During this framing, they can be considered or even imagined with the client to make them closer to the position to be filled and the skills to be assessed.
